Metodologia
A pontuação geral de cada cidade foi derivada de cada uma dessas medidas:
1. Taxa de aquisição de imóveis compuseram 33,3% da pontuação total. Uma taxa mais alta obteve uma pontuação maior. A taxa é proveniente das estimativas de 5 anos do Levantamento da Comunidade Americana do Censo dos EUA para todos os lugares no estado, Tabela DP 04.
2. Custos mensais do proprietário selecionados como uma porcentagem da renda familiar média compuseram 16,7% da pontuação total. Uma porcentagem menor obteve uma pontuação maior. Os custos mensais do proprietário como uma porcentagem da renda familiar média compunham metade da pontuação de acessibilidade. A renda domiciliar mediana é proveniente das estimativas de 5 anos da Pesquisa do Censo Americano sobre o Censo dos EUA para todos os lugares no estado, Tabela DP 03. O valor mensal dos custos do proprietário vem das estimativas de 5 anos da Pesquisa do Censo Americano para todos os lugares do estado, Tabela DP 04.
